Clean & Sanitized Food and Water Bowls

Every dog is assessed before joining a play group. Based on their personality, energy level, play style, size, and social behavior, we carefully place them in a group that is the best fit for them.
We believe that the right group helps dogs feel more comfortable and allows them to enjoy positive social interactions at their own pace.
Dogs are never left unattended during group play. Our trained staff actively supervise play sessions, monitor interactions, and watch for signs of stress, overstimulation, or discomfort.
Our goal is to encourage healthy, positive play while stepping in when a dog needs a break or some personal space.
Clean, fresh drinking water is available to our boarding guests 24 hours a day. We regularly check and refresh water stations throughout the day to make sure every dog has access to clean water.
Every food and water bowl is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We do not share bowls between dogs without proper cleaning and sanitation

Secure Environment

Cleanliness is an important part of keeping dogs healthy and comfortable. Our facility is cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day, with extra attention given to high-traffic and high-contact areas.
Accidents and messes are cleaned up promptly to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
After each dog checks out, their room goes through our standard cleaning and sanitation procedure before the next guest arrives.
This includes removing bedding and belongings, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, and using UV-C light sanitation where appropriate as an additional sanitation step.
Our goal is to provide every new guest with a freshly cleaned and prepared space.
Playtime is balanced with regular rest periods. Dogs are given opportunities to take breaks, relax, and recharge in a quieter space when needed.
Not every dog wants to play all day, and we respect each dog’s individual needs and comfort level.
Our facility follows procedures designed to help prevent accidental escapes and unwanted interactions. Staff remain mindful of doors, gates, entrances, and transitions when moving dogs throughout the facility.
